I confirm that, before completing my enrolment, I have been given access to, or have had a reasonable opportunity to review, the following Career Campus policies: Part A — Privacy Policy; Part B — Terms of Enrolment; Part C — Refund & Cancellation Policy; Part D — Student Complaints & Appeals Policy; Part E — Student Code of Conduct. I understand that these documents form part of the Career Campus student policy framework.
I declare that the information I have provided to Career Campus is true, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing materially false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in my enrolment being reviewed, suspended or terminated, subject to applicable law.
I acknowledge that I have been provided with information concerning my selected course, including where applicable: course content, duration, delivery method, timetable, assessment requirements, fees, payment arrangements, learning resources and technology requirements. I understand that Career Campus may reasonably update course materials, teaching arrangements, trainers, schedules or delivery methods where necessary, subject to applicable law and the terms of my enrolment.
I understand that Career Campus courses are intended to provide education, knowledge and practical skills. Unless expressly stated otherwise in official Career Campus documentation, completion of a Career Campus course does not automatically constitute an Australian university degree, an AQF qualification, a nationally recognised VET qualification, professional registration, government licensing, registration as an Australian tax agent, migration or visa approval, or membership of a professional body. I agree not to represent my Career Campus studies as constituting a qualification, registration or licence that Career Campus has not expressly awarded or authorised me to represent.
I understand that Career Campus may provide career guidance, industry exposure, employer introductions, interviews, BPO opportunities or other career-development opportunities. I acknowledge that completion of a Career Campus course does not guarantee employment, a particular salary, employment with Career Campus, employment with a BPO, selection by an employer, promotion, migration, visa approval, or professional registration. Where Career Campus introduces me to an employer or BPO, I understand that the employer independently determines recruitment and employment decisions.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for paying the applicable course fees in accordance with my agreed enrolment and payment arrangement. I understand that fees may be payable upfront or by approved instalments, payment obligations must be met by the relevant due dates, failure to pay may affect access to course services, and additional payment or administrative consequences may apply where lawfully permitted. Nothing in this declaration is intended to exclude any rights I may have under applicable Australian consumer law.
I confirm that I have been given access to the Career Campus Refund & Cancellation Policy. I understand that voluntary withdrawal or non-attendance does not necessarily create an automatic entitlement to a refund, and that Career Campus will comply with any mandatory consumer guarantees and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
I acknowledge that Career Campus may collect, use, hold and disclose personal information for purposes associated with enrolment, course administration, student support, assessment, communication, payment administration, complaints, regulatory compliance, security, legitimate business administration, and other purposes permitted by applicable law. I confirm that I have been provided access to the Career Campus Privacy Policy.
I understand that Career Campus may communicate with me regarding relevant courses, events, information sessions, educational resources and other Career Campus services where permitted by law, and that I may opt out of direct marketing communications in accordance with applicable law. My decision regarding marketing communications does not affect my eligibility to study with Career Campus.
Career Campus may conduct photography or video recording during classes, events, information sessions or other activities. I understand that identifiable photographs, recordings or testimonials may be used for Career Campus promotional or educational purposes where appropriate consent has been obtained. I understand that refusing promotional consent will not affect my enrolment or access to education.
I acknowledge that all assessments and academic work must be completed honestly. I understand that prohibited conduct may include plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, contract cheating, fabrication, falsification, unauthorised collaboration, submission of another person's work, and manipulation of academic records. I understand that academic misconduct may result in action under the Career Campus Student Code of Conduct.
I acknowledge that Career Campus may permit or restrict the use of artificial intelligence tools depending on the particular learning activity or assessment. Where AI use is permitted, I understand that I remain responsible for the accuracy of my work, originality, appropriate attribution, compliance with assessment instructions, and ensuring that my submission accurately represents my own work. Where disclosure of AI assistance is required, I agree to provide that disclosure.
I agree to conduct myself respectfully and professionally when interacting with Career Campus staff, trainers, other students, employers, BPO partners and Career Campus representatives. I understand that bullying, harassment, threats, violence, discriminatory conduct, serious disruption, fraud, cyber abuse and other serious misconduct may result in disciplinary action.
Where my course involves online learning, I acknowledge that I may be responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, a compatible device, functioning email, required software and secure account credentials. I agree not to share my Career Campus login credentials with another person, and I will not knowingly attempt to gain unauthorised access to Career Campus systems.
I acknowledge that Career Campus course materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. I agree that I will use Career Campus materials for my own educational purposes only unless Career Campus gives me written permission for another use, and I will not knowingly reproduce substantial course materials, sell them, distribute them, upload proprietary materials publicly, commercially exploit them, or share paid access credentials.
I acknowledge that I have access to the Student Complaints & Appeals Policy. I understand that I may raise genuine concerns through Career Campus' complaints process, and that Career Campus aims to handle complaints fairly, confidentially, objectively, and within reasonable timeframes.
I authorise Career Campus to contact this person where reasonably necessary in an emergency or where permitted by law.
I understand that Career Campus may communicate with me using the contact details I provide, including by email, telephone, SMS, approved messaging platforms, LMS notifications, or other reasonable communication channels. I agree to keep my contact details current.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for monitoring Career Campus communications, meeting applicable deadlines, completing required assessments, maintaining appropriate conduct, protecting my account information, keeping my contact details current, and seeking assistance where I experience difficulty with my studies.
I understand that this Declaration, the Terms of Enrolment and Career Campus policies do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, privacy right or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where an Australian law provides me with a mandatory right or remedy, that right continues to apply.
I acknowledge that Career Campus may obtain my acceptance electronically, including through an online enrolment form, electronic checkbox, electronic signature, email confirmation, LMS acceptance, or other electronic methods reasonably capable of recording my acceptance. I understand that an electronic acceptance may be retained as evidence of my agreement.
By signing or electronically accepting this Declaration, I confirm that: I have provided accurate information; I have had an opportunity to read the Career Campus student policies; I understand the Terms of Enrolment, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Complaints & Appeals Policy; I agree to comply with the Student Code of Conduct; I understand that employment is not guaranteed; I understand the nature and status of the Career Campus course; I understand my financial obligations and responsibilities as a student; and I understand that mandatory Australian legal rights are not excluded by these documents.
