Courses are delivered in a hybrid format — online learning combined with scheduled on-campus sessions at our Campbelltown campus. After enrolment you'll receive access to your student portal, unit materials, your session schedule, and a tutor contact. Assessment is coursework-based, in line with the specification for each unit.

I am Irshard Faiz, CEO of Career Campus and an experienced Australian taxation professional with more than 15 years of experience as a Registered Tax Agent. I completed my higher education at Central Queensland University and the Australian National University (ANU), and I am the Principal of Ethical Accounting & Taxation Services, an Australian accounting and taxation practice.
Throughout my professional journey, I have developed a strong and unwavering belief that education is one of the most powerful foundations for individual and national development. However, I believe education must go beyond simply obtaining a qualification.
In a rapidly changing world, individuals need access to relevant, practical, up-to-date and dynamic education that equips them with knowledge and skills they can immediately apply in the real world. Education should prepare an individual not only to pass an examination, but to understand an industry, solve problems, work professionally and create value.

This philosophy is at the heart of Career Campus. I strongly believe that once an individual has acquired the right knowledge and skills, they should be given the opportunity to apply that knowledge immediately within the corporate and professional environment.
Too often, businesses are required to invest significant time and resources teaching new employees the fundamental knowledge they could have acquired before entering the workplace. My vision is to help bridge this gap by providing students with industry-focused and practical education, so they can enter the professional environment with greater confidence, capability and readiness.
This creates value for everyone. Students gain meaningful skills and clearer career pathways. Employers gain access to a more prepared and capable workforce. Businesses become more productive. And, on a larger scale, a skilled workforce can contribute to reducing unemployment and strengthening the economy.
My vision, however, does not stop at education. Alongside Career Campus, I have also established XOPAL, an Australian technology company built around the same philosophy of connecting knowledge, technology and real-world business needs.
I believe the future belongs to individuals and organisations that can effectively combine education, technology and practical application. Through Career Campus, our focus is on developing industry-ready professionals. Through XOPAL, my vision is to develop technology and business solutions that support organisations while creating further opportunities for skilled professionals to participate in the digital economy.
Ultimately, my ambition is to build more than an education institution. I want to contribute to creating a sustainable education-to-employment ecosystem: Education → Skills → Industry Experience → Employment → Economic Growth.
I believe that when young people are equipped with the right knowledge, practical skills and opportunities, they can become powerful contributors to businesses and to the broader economy. This is why I believe education should not end in the classroom — it should become the foundation for a career, the catalyst for innovation, and a driving force for economic development.
That is the vision behind Career Campus. And that is the future I am working to build.
